SP BERNER Chairman Offices

tradition, passion and innovation built

The Chairman’s Offices and Board Room of the SP Berner Plastic Group are a new project within the succession of updating phases being carried out by the leading company in the plastic injection moulding sector, with the aim of reconverting all its spaces, both office and production, adapting them to current needs.

In this case, the challenge is even greater, responding to SP Berner’s management, this space must transmit the fusion of Tradition, Passion and Innovation that is breathed in the company.

The programme of requirements includes spaces for the offices of the Assistant Managers, Meeting Room, Board Room, Chairman’s Room, Archive, as well as other server rooms. The layout is arranged from least to most private, ending with the Board and Presidential Rooms.

The sophistication and concealment of the acoustic, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and alarm installations is possible thanks to the integration of these in two linear trunking, a central one and a perimeter one that crosses the continuous cladding of wood veneered in natural chestnut. This material covers all the ceilings and descends vertically along the interior wall while integrating the storage of the office uses and the office of the room.

Thus, the predominance of white marble flooring, with chestnut wood on the ceilings and walls, contrasts with the solution of a sloping curtain wall with black aluminium mullions on the opposite side.

Special attention is paid to the design of all the furniture, both in the Chairman’s Room and the Board Room, designed and executed in noble materials such as steel, leather and walnut, which, manufactured by the Valencian factory JMM, contributes to improving the quality of the space.

In short, it is a tailor-made space for the SP Berner company, in which Tradition, Passion and Innovation coexist and complement each other.
