Consorfrut Headquarters is projected on Avenida Leonardo da Vinci in Paterna (Valencia), an office headquarters for a company in the fruit sector that needed a workspace to match its activity. The proposal begins from a direct question: how to build a contemporary corporate headquarters in a business park without giving up light, spatial quality and a recognisable image.

The layout distributes the programme with precise hierarchy. A generous-height reception opens the building towards the avenue; the main work area occupies the heart of the floor as an open-plan space, connected with meeting rooms, private offices and support areas. The open floor plate allows workstations to be reorganised without touching the structure.

Materiality builds the working atmosphere. Raised technical floors for hidden cabling, acoustic suspended ceilings with continuous linear lighting, walls in light tones and natural wood interior joinery. Light enters through the main façade with large glazed panels protected by vertical elements that filter the Levantine sun without darkening the interior.

The façade is not treated as a mere envelope. It is the first reading of the building from the avenue: a rhythm of vertical lines that combines opacity and transparency, articulates the presence of the headquarters within the business park and resolves at the same time solar control and corporate image.

Consorfrut Headquarters is not understood as an interior design project over a neutral shell. Its value lies in thinking of the whole building as a working tool, organising the programme so that light and air are the main materials and returning to the company a headquarters that is recognised at first sight.
