RUBÉN MUEDRA PRESENTS THE IDAI NATURE OFFICES AT THE 6TH NEARLY ZERO-ENERGY BUILDINGS CONGRESS
Rubén Muedra took part as a speaker at the 6th Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings Congress, held in Madrid in October 2019. The talk presented the Idai Nature office building, the first Passivhaus-certified office building in the Valencian Community.
The lecture, shared with engineer Isabel Sánchez, set out the envelope, airtightness and comfort decisions that achieved nearly zero energy use without giving up spatial quality.
The Idai Nature case confirmed the studio’s line: efficiency and architecture as a single matter, not as added layers.
