Fractal House

Casa Fractal sits in the Los Monasterios development in Puçol, on a residential plot. The house is conceived as a composition of volumes assembled with their own logic, seeking a recognisable identity without giving up restraint.

The plan organises its uses around light, with rooms that open to the outside and a continuous relationship between interior and garden. Its 234 m² are resolved with a sober materiality, where the measured proportion of openings regulates the balance between shadow and clarity.

Casa Fractal is, above all, architecture with personality: a house meant to be lived in calmly, attentive to its place and to those who inhabit it.
