Rubén Muedra has participated in the Conference held at FERIA VALENCIA – SICI Kitchen Space 2019 organized by the AMC Kitchen Furniture Association.

During the Conference, Rubén Muedra has opted for the Kitchen as the central space of the house, dealing with the possibilities of Housing and Family that we find in contemporary life.

In line with the recent alliance to support the value of the kitchen in the current home, signed between AMC and the General Council of Official Colleges of Decorators and Interior Designers of Spain (CGCODDI), experts such as Rubén Muedra, architect and designer of the Mino Cocinas stand, they advocated “the kitchen as the central space of the house” and for an “open design” where the keys to the success of the project are “natural ventilation and lighting”. Muedra reminded the students of the architect’s objective of “solving people’s problems” and that, when facing an open kitchen project, it is essential to “know the needs and susceptibilities of the client”, since it may be necessary to include “Panel options to close the kitchen when the kitchen is going to be used heavily”
